Around 21:42 JST of August 19, 2009, the data processing system of "Digital Typhoon" has disk failures, and the update of data has been partially halted now. The time of recovery is still not clear.

On the other hand, the public Web system is in normal operation, so the past data can be browsed without any problems.

(Update) The system is recovering from around 21:00 of August 20, and will be back to normal operation soon.
