Hardware and Software Failures

On around 14:24 JST, May 28 (Fri), 2010, we had complex hardware and software failures. This caused the failure of access to some data on the Web site.

Access to the data was completely recovered on May 29 (Sat), 2010, but update of the data was not recovered. The update has started since the morning of May 31 (Mon), 2010, but the update is still less frequent than regular scheduling, and the complete recovery is expected to be on June 1 (Tue), 2010 or later.

We believe that data was not lost due to this failure. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and please wait for a while until the recovery of the system.
