This paper discusses the design of content management systems (CMS)
suitable for information aggregation on emergency events such as
natural disasters (typhoons and earthquakes). We first propose three
models of emergency information networks and analyze the fitness of
popular content management systems today, namely Weblog and Wiki, when
they are used in emergency information networks. We finally introduce
our information aggregation system for typhoon information combining
Weblog trackbacks and the concept of Wiki.
