Release of 'Twiphoon'
Participation is easy as summarized in Help - Twiphoon (only in Japanese at this moment). If you are familiar with Twitter, just combine "@ replies" and "hashtags" to join the system. We already maintain Digital Typhoon on Twitter, so these bots together support the collection and publication of typhoon information for Twitter users.
However, due to the premature release of this service in response to the movement of Typhoon MELOR, some functionalities are yet to complete, among which the most important one is the lack of English version. We will try to complete the system as soon as possible.
