Typhoon KOMPASU was born in south of Okinawa. This typhoon is a relatively small typhoon at this moment, and it is not forecast to develop significantly. However, it will approach to Taiwan, where Typhoon Mindulle brought about heavy rain as much as yearly rainfall, so it is concerned that rainfall by Typhoon KOMPASU may cause another disaster on the island.
