Typhoon CIMARON was formed in east of Philippines. The typhoon is now located in the north of Luzon Island, and is forecast to move to South China Sea. We are seeing the successive formation of typhoons these days, but the formation of eight typhoons is just slightly more than the average, which is a little more than six.
