Typhoon SANBA was formed in Caroline Island. It is forecast to move west to reach Mindanao Island in Philippines. By the way, the formation of typhoons in this season is very rare. Gap periods of the typhoon since 1951 were known to be two; namely from February 7, 0:00 to February 8, 03:00 and from February 11, 21:00 to February 15, 18:00 in Japan Standard Time. How long can this typhoon fill the second gap? Can it survive until February 14 to become the first Valentine Day Typhoon?
