Typhoon DIANMU was formed in South China Sea. It has thick clouds in the south, so heavy rainfall may be observed in Hainan Island and Vietnam from now. We have seen successive formation of typhoons in these days, but the rate of typhoon formation is still below average, because the formation of the
first typhoon of this season was very late.
