Typhoon HAISHEN was formed near Ogasawara Island. It is forecast to draw near to Japan around September 6 with a very strong intensity. Accroding to the JMA announcement, the sea surface temperature in the south of Japan is record-breaking high temperature, which means that the typhoon is likely to intensify more.
