Typhoon MINDULLE was formed in Mariana Islands. This is another typhoon in the series of typhoons that we have seen recently which move northward without intensification. However, in comparison to Typhoon CHANTHU, probability circles are smaller, so Ogasawara, Izu Islands and Kanto Region should be careful for the approaching of the typhoon.
