Typhoon PRAPIROON is moving across South China Sea and is going to make landfall soon at Guangdong Province, China. This year China is suffering from many landfalling typhoons, and this typhoon will also make landfall with an intensity stronger than expected, so the regions ahead the movement of the typhoon, such as Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Vietnam, will be severely affected.

Typhoon PRAPIROON was formed in South China Sea. This was originally formed in east of Philippines as a tropical depression, crossed islands of Philippines, and intensified into a typhoon after entering into South China Sea.
