Typhoon TRAMI was formed in east of Philippines. This typhoon will again move toward Philippines, following the previous typhoons such as Typhoon UTOR. We have seen the intermittent formation of typhoons in December, but the number of typhoons is still smaller than the average formation of 27 typhoons in a season.
