Typhoon MEKKHALA was formed in South China Sea. This typhoon is not expected to become a strong one, but it is going to hit southern China and Vietnam, which were severely affected by torrential rains of Typhoon 200814, so it is concerned that additional heavy rains may cause some damage in those areas.
