Typhoon CHANTHU was formed in South China Sea. This has already moved across Philippines as a tropical depression, and intensified into a typhoon as it moves away from Philippines. The forecast track is similar to Typhoon CONSON, but a little toward north, so it may move to west of Hong Kong.
