Typhoon KIROGI was formed in far east from Japan. It is not expected to make any effect on land. This typhoon had been watched since August 4, but the issue of information was stopped on August 6 due to a lower probability of formation. However, this is suddenly declared as a typhoon today, so the data made an irregular jump. More continous data will be available when best track data is published.
