Typhoon CIMARON was formed near Truk Islands. It is forecast to move northwest with intensification, and may be approaching to Japan again after Typhoon SOULIK. By the way, the formation of 20 typhoons as of August 18 is the second largest record, next to 22 typhoons in 1971.
