Typhoon NORU was formed in the neighborhood of Minamitorishima Island. This typhoon is forecas to move northward in the Pacific Ocean, and no effect is expected on Japan. By the way, Typhoon TALAS, just after its formation, moved northward together with Typhoon NANMADOL in the west, while just before its death, is moving northward together with Typhoon NORU.
