Typhoon FUNG-WONG had an imbalanced shape whose clouds were formed in suoth of the center, but now its clouds are surrounding the eye, which indicates intensification. The boundary of the eye is still not clear, however. Attention should be paid to what degree the typhoon will intensify before it approaches or makes landfall at Taiwan. Sakishima islands will be within the area of 50kt winds or more for a while.

Typhoon FUNG-WONG was formed in south of Okinawa. It is forecast to move toward Taiwan.
