Typhoon MINDULLE made landfall near Vinh, Vietnam. It is reported that 137 fishermen are missing. Heavy rains were observed not only in Vietnam but also in Thailand.

Typhoon MINDULLE was formed in South China Sea. The gale wind circle is now covering the central Vietnam, and the northern Vietnam and Hainan Islands will also be affected by the typhoon as it moves northwest.
