Typhoon HAITANG made landfall near Hue, Viet Nam. This typhoon has thick rainy clouds in the east and the north of the center, and this heavy rain will affect more than strong winds. Heavy rains will be observed not only in Viet Nam, which is now covered by the clouds, but also in Lao and Thailand, which will be striked by the typhoon from now.
