Typhoon KAJIKI was formed in east of Philippines. Formation of two typhoons by this time of year has been recorded only four times since 1951, which is the maximum record, and the most recent record is found on 1985. In addition, the time of year from now is the most inactive period during the typhoon season, and the period between February 8 to February 14 is a special period in which we have never recorded the presence of any typhoons (since 1951).
