Typhoon KILO moved from the western hemisphere to become a typhoon. A typhoon that crossed the border is since Typhoon 201512 (HALOLA). The last typhoon broke the record of the most western longitude among border-crossing typhoons, but this typhoon is slow and is forecast to stay around the datline for the moment.
