Typhoon CHABA was formed near Truk Islands. It will directly hit Northern Mariana Islands tomorrow, and pass in north of Guam. Then it will continue to move westward on the similar track with
Typhoon MEGI, but then will make a curve toward north approaching Okinawa. The typhoon is still a small cloud cluster, but the birthplace is where powerful typhoons have been generated, so we should carefully watch the development of the typhoon.
