Typhoon NALGAE was formed near Wake Islands. It is forecast to move north, and will not give impact on land. By the way, this typhoon was born while Typhoon NORU is still active, so the maximum difference of typhoon numbers is broken by the new record of six number differenece, after a tie record by Typhoon HAITANG.
