Typhoon MEARI was formed in south of Japan. It is forecast to move near Tokai and Kanto Area. Clouds are now developed in the south of the typhoon center, but rains and winds will be stronger in the East Japan along the Pacific Ocean due to warm and wet air blowing around the typhoon.
