Typhoon DUJUAN is passing Izu Islands. The environment of this typhoon was not suitable for intensification from the beginning, so it moved north without so much intensification. Its impact seems to be small except for rough sea.

Typhoon DUJUAN was formed in west of Philippines. This typhoon is forecast to move northeast in south of Okinawa and Japanese islands. It is not well-balanced at this moment, and the clouds are skewed in the southern part of the typhoon. The intensification of the typhoon seems to depend on how this imbalance is rectified.
