Typhoon VONGFONG was formed in Marshall Islands. It is forecast to move west-north-west and will follow a similar track with Typhoon PHANFONE. By following the track of Typhoon PHANFONE, it may feel some effect on sea surface temperature and other factros, but we should expect a similar level of intensification.
