Typhoon TALAS was formed in south of the Muroto Cape. The birth of the typhoon is already near the Japan mainland, so tonight it will pass near the Kii Peninsula, and tomorrow it will draw near along Tokai and Kanto Regions. It will not intensify, but heavy rain is expected. Weather radar shows that rainy clouds extend to the north of the typhoon center, and strong rainy clouds are already over the Kii Peninsula.
